For the past 20+ years, I have been on a journey of self discovery with a deep desire to live a life of expansion and joy. I have worn many different hats along this journey and have received a variety of trainings and certifications that have all led me to what I now know to be my life's calling, which is to support women on their journey of deeper healing and supporting them to create a life with more passion, pleasure, and purpose.

We are all here to bring our unique gifts into the world. To do this we must be willing to experience deeper healing as we integrate the parts and pieces of ourselves that have felt lost, sad, angry, or disconnected. As we open ourselves to these layers of healing we are able to break through the barriers that hold us back from expanding into our full expression of ourselves.. My purpose in this work is to dive into the depths with you, to help you to face the parts within that are ready to be seen and integrated, and then to support you as you stand more empowered in your truth and light!

As a mother and a wife, I am grateful that I can bring nurturance, ease, and warmth to my family and my home. As a friend, a daughter, and a healer, I hold a heart of compassion and understanding, as I am here to listen and offer support while maneuvering through the complexities of life and generational trauma, layer by layer.
